While the Art Director and the other senior team members of the Art Department makes sure everything gets to set correct and on time, the Standbys play a key role in ensuring the the jobflow is on track and that all details are picture perfect for each take. Working on set does have pressure challenges, but repays with the creative satisfaction in seeing the final story come to life.

Camera Assistant
The camera department handles very expensive and delicate equipment. It is also the department that must ensure that the camera’s are in good order, batteries charged and memory cards correctly recorded on and transferred to the Data Wrangler. The Camera Assistant plays a crucial role in the prepping and maintaining of all the camera gear, so it is very good to learn all the ins and outs of this position before taking on this job.

Production Manger and Production Coordinator
In the Production Office there are very important crew members to ensure the constant flow of the shooting schedule. The Production Coodinator has a long list of essential duties that include compiling the shoot Call Sheet, coordinating all the various actor calls, pick ups and drop offs and so forth.
